The site

The site describes field maintenance, sanitation, and related services. It is not a bid, a contract, or a warranty. A field walk is no cost and no obligation. Work starts only after a written agreement.

Who we serve

We serve private and public entities. Public work follows the procurement rules of that agency. We are licensed, bonded, and insured for the work we contract.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, scrape it to build a competing list, or send unlawful content through the form. Photos and copy on the site belong to TurfSavior or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

No professional guarantee on the page

Field comments on a walk are observations, not an engineering report, unless a separate written testing scope says otherwise. Third-party GMax and HIC tests are performed by the testing firm, not by this website.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent California law allows, TurfSavior is not liable for damages from use of the site itself. Contract liability is set in the written service agreement.

Law

California law governs these terms. Venue is Orange County, California, except where a public-agency contract requires otherwise.
